1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeCommand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

LifeCommand is a behavioral accountability platform that provides structured weekly missions, discipline tracking via the Discipline Index (DI) score, daily check-ins, and related tools designed to support consistent personal execution. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

LifeCommand offers free and paid subscription tiers (Foundation, Operator, Command). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. Trial periods expire at the end of the stated trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Trial eligibility is determined at our sole discretion and may not be available to users who have previously subscribed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; or (f) impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to LifeCommand. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as mission reflections or profile information). By submitting content, you grant LifeCommand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFECOMMAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your Account Settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
